Process Improvement Committee (PIC)
The Process Improvement Committee (PIC) is an integral part of the QI Department's technical assistance to its members' quality improvement efforts. The PIC meets every other month with a quality improvement representative from each clinic to address ongoing clinical and non-clinical quality work within the consortia. The PIC work includes redesign of clinic workflows, clinical data validation, sharing of best practices and topics selected by the committee.
