Technical Services Organization (TSO)
RCHC through it's RCHN technical service organization (TSO) provides services and support for the coalition members.
Through the TSO the RCHC information technology (IT) department provides technology support for member sites. This includes providing expert knowledge in infrastructure (server, WAN & LAN), project management and software systems (business & medical). Users of this service have access to a highly trained staff via the RCHC IT help desk.
Major IT projects include the widespread deployment of an integrated health information technology (IHIT) system. This system includes practice management, chronic disease management, population management and electronic health record functionality. The initial deployment will serve over 150 clinicians and 450 non-clinical users.
