Peppers Make the Chili HOT!
Six-year-old Jack Danni registers amazement over the multi-colored variety of peppers that Ana  Canales, his teacher at St. Helena Elementary School, displayed in her space for the Clinic Ole Chili Ball on Saturday.
Canales’ entry in the event at Charles Krug Winery was ‘Halloween Chili,’ which she said she has made for the last 20 Halloweens. Proceeds from the Ball, which attracted 600 chili lovers, benefited Clinic Ole, the Sister Ann Community Dental Clinic and the Healthy Moms and Babies program.
