Petaluma Health Center announced Tim Moran as chief financial officer. Moran brings more than 35 years of health care financial experience. His background includes acute care and teaching hospitals, senior health care facilities, and a behavioral health HMO.

Ancheta previously served as coordinator of nursing services for Porterville Developmental Center before accepting a position as executive director for Life Services Alternatives Inc.
Jim Hennessey has joined Goodwill Industries of the Redwood Empire as the director of safety and asset protection. Hennessey will oversee the safety and security of Goodwill's nine retail stores in Sonoma, Napa and Mendocino counties, the warehouse and transportation division and agency safety training. He was most recently a co-owner of Sequoia Pacific Mortgage Co.
National retail trade publication Gifts and Decorative Accessories has awarded Healdsburg shop owners Sue Sacks of Options Gallery Inc.; Linda Chartier and Shelley Anderson of Midnight Sun Bed & Bath Shoppe and Midnight Sun Children's Shoppe; Nancy Bosio of Papitre; and Cynthia Zizzi of Zizi their Marketing Achievement Award.
Brian P. Kilkenny has joined Warren Capital Corporation as assistant vice president, effective today. Kilkenny will lead the food and beverage division and the ZipLease vendor program. He previously served as an associate with Voit Commercial Brokerage in San Diego.
The San Francisco Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers has selected Carlenzoli and Associate to receive the Outstanding Project Award for professional consulting services provided for the Canon Manor West Assessment District, east of Rohnert Park. Principals Greg Hurd and Leroy Carlenzoli accepted the award.
Dr. Fred Groverman has been elected president of the 4-H Foundation of Sonoma County. Groverman is a founding director of the 4-H Foundation and a longtime volunteer 4-H leader. Also serving on the board are president-elect Tony Ghisla, vice-president Lynn Cunningham, treasurer Floyd Ridenhour and secretary Kristie Gross.
Fastenal, supplier of industrial and construction products, recently opened a branch in Santa Rosa at 3466 Brickway Blvd. Lloyd Appling is general manager.

O'Reilly Media announced that Joe Wikert has joined the company as general manager of O'Reilly Technology Exchange. Wikert comes to O'Reilly from the professional/trade division of John Wiley & Sons, Inc, where he served as vice president and executive publisher, with management responsibility for the WROX and Sybex imprints.
The readers of Condé Nast Traveler have named the Kenwood Inn and Spa the Top Resort in Mainland USA in the magazine's 21st annual Readers' Choice Awards. The awards are derived from the Condé Nast Traveler readers' choice survey, the largest independent poll of consumers' preferences. More than 32,000 readers voted this year.
